RETURNS POLICY
Should you in any way be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it, UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, within 30 days for exchange or a refund. A minimum amount of £ £7.99 may be deducted from the refund to cover our initial delivery costs, UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS .
In the event that any goods that we have supplied are faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as is possible in writing, by phone or email. At our discretion, we will either arrange to collect the goods from you or ask you to return them to us at our main address . We will examine the goods upon return to us and if in our opinion the goods are faulty or damaged, we will take steps to replace those goods as swiftly as is possible. We shall then reimburse you for the return carriage cost.
